The Noritz NRCB180DV is a 95 percent AFUE condensing combination boiler designed to provide domestic hot water and residential space heating from one compact appliance. It offers an input range of 18,000 to 180,000 BTUh and domestic hot water flow from 0.4 to 9.8 GPM. Simultaneous heating and hot water operation supports year round household comfort.
The Noritz NRCB180DV Condensing Combi Boiler combines residential space heating and domestic hot water production in one compact appliance. With an input range from 18,000 to 180,000 BTUh, a maximum domestic hot water flow rate of 9.8 GPM, and a 95 percent AFUE rating, it is built for homes that need both dependable heating and strong hot water capacity.
A major advantage of the NRCB platform is its ability to provide domestic hot water and space heating simultaneously, subject to system temperatures and design. This allows hot water demand to be met without completely interrupting the home heating circuit.
The unit uses 316L austenitic stainless steel primary and secondary heat exchangers for corrosion resistance and long term durability. A fully modulating premix burner adjusts output according to demand while supporting ultra low NOx operation.
