Do you offer delivery or is it pickup only?
All items must be picked up from our warehouse at 10011 Sandmeyer Lane, Philadelphia, PA 19116. We do not currently offer delivery or installation.
What BTU sizes do you carry?
We carry a variety of units ranging from 6K to 25K BTU. Let us know your room size and we’ll help you pick the right one.
Do your products come with a warranty?
Yes. All of our products come with a 30-day warranty, and many also include a manufacturer’s warranty for added peace of mind.
Can I inspect the AC unit before pickup?
Yes, absolutely. You’re welcome to view the unit in person at our Philadelphia warehouse before finalizing your purchase.
What payment methods do you accept?

Do you sell individual HVAC parts?
No, we only sell full HVAC units such as condensers, air handlers, furnaces, water heaters, and PTACs. We do not carry small replacement parts.
