Clear Answers About Buying HVAC Units from Us
Do you offer delivery or is it pickup only?
All items must be picked up from our warehouse at 10011 Sandmeyer Lane, Philadelphia, PA 19116. We do not currently offer delivery or installation.
Are your PTAC units new or used?
We carry both brand new and scratch and dent PTAC units. All are tested, fully functional, and come with a warranty for your peace of mind.
Can I pick up a PTAC unit the same day?
Yes! All PTAC units are stored at our Philadelphia warehouse and can be picked up during business hours the same day you contact us. Just call us in advance to make sure we have the product available.
Can I see the condition of the unit before pickup?
Of course. We can send pictures of the exact unit, or you’re welcome to stop by and inspect it before purchase.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, credit cards, debit cards, and Zelle payments at the time of pickup.
